Do you only work with PPE distributors?

How much does a project cost?
It depends on the package. A B2B e-commerce starts from 10.000 €, an operational management system from 15.000 €, the complete solution (e-commerce + management integrated) from 25.000 €. Every project gets a dedicated quote after an initial call.
Is there a monthly fee? What does it include?
Yes, 450 €/month from go-live: hosting, security, backups, updates, standard support and 4 hours of planned evolutions included. Hours don't roll over and don't cover urgent fixes or bug-fixing. Beyond 4 hours: 70 €/hour. Minimum 12 months.
Do you sync our catalogue with our suppliers?
Yes. The B2B e-commerce pulls catalogues and availability from suppliers and publishes them on the site without manual entry. The number of sources and supported formats are agreed during the project.
Do you also handle invoicing and accounting?
The operational management system handles orders, warehouse and invoicing, and integrates with the accounting software you already use. Full accounting (scheduling, ledger, e-invoicing) is a separate project, to be assessed on its own.
How long does delivery take?
It varies by package and complexity. We define a calendar with deadlines together at the start of the project, with frequent releases so you see progress week by week. No surprises mid-development.
